  • What size deals do you advise on?

    Most of our M&A work sits in the £2m–£75m enterprise-value range, though we run smaller MBOs and larger structured deals where the relationship calls for it.

  • How is the fee structured?

    A retained monthly fee covers the work in flight; a success fee crystallises on completion. We share the indicative range early so there are no surprises.
