Accessibility statement.

We want as many people as possible to be able to use aservicesuk.com. This statement explains how we approach accessibility, what we aim for, and how to tell us if something is not working for you.

Last updated: June 2026

Our approach

We design and build this site to be usable by people with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA as a minimum standard.

What we do

Across the site we work to:

  • Use semantic HTML, clear heading structure and meaningful link text.
  • Ensure colour contrast meets AA thresholds in both default and high-contrast settings.
  • Make the whole site navigable by keyboard, with visible focus styles.
  • Add descriptive alt text to meaningful imagery and aria-hidden to decorative graphics.
  • Respect motion preferences and avoid animation that could trigger discomfort.

Known limitations

Despite our best efforts, some content may not yet be fully accessible. We treat any accessibility issue as a bug and prioritise fixes. If you encounter content that is difficult to use, please let us know.

Compatibility

The site should work with current versions of major browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari and Firefox) and common assistive technologies including screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver) and speech recognition tools.

Reporting issues

If you find something that does not work or is hard to use, please email hello@adminservices.co.uk with the page address and a short description of the problem. We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within one working day.
