Our story
A practice, not a production line.
We were founded on a simple idea: that the best accountancy advice comes from senior people who stay close to the work. Three decades on, that idea still shapes how we hire, how we organise our teams and how we price.
Our clients are owner-managed businesses, professional partnerships, charities and the individuals who lead them. They stay with us for a long time — through funding rounds, acquisitions, succession and the quieter years in between — because the partner who started the conversation is still the one finishing it.
We're members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and registered to carry out audit work. We hold ourselves to the highest standards of independence, ethics and professional judgement.
